*Common Responsibilities (Male & Female) Call clients and provide software support. Take remote access using tools like AnyDesk or similar. Assist clients with: Report generation Data entry Day-to-day software usage, etc. Understand client issues and resolve them over phone or remote support. Provide clear guidance and maintain polite communication with clients. Maintain basic records of support calls and issues.

Key Responsibilities

• *Male Candidate Additional Details:
• Office-based support plus client site visits when required.
• Must visit client locations for on-site software support.
• Bike and valid driving license are mandatory.
• Petrol/field visit support will be as per company policy..
• * Training & Eligibility:
• Complete support training will be provided by the company.
• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
