Key Responsibilities

• Job Description:
• We are looking for a CRM Sales Executive who can provide technical and functional support to our clients for software-related queries.
• Responsibilities (Male)
• Call clients and provide software support.
• Take remote access using tools like AnyDesk or similar.
• Assist clients with:
• Report generation
• Data entry
• Day-to-day software usage, etc.
• Understand client issues and resolve them over phone or remote support.
• Provide clear guidance and maintain polite communication with clients.
• Maintain basic records of support calls and issues.

Requirements

• Training & Eligibility:
• Complete support training will be provided by the company.
• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
