Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications across the full stack.
• Build responsive, high-performance frontend user interfaces.
• Develop secure, efficient backend APIs and business logic.
• Manage application deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and environment configurations.
• Monitor application performance, reliability, and uptime.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Perform and participate in internal peer-to-peer (P2P) code reviews.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues promptly.
• Provide technical support and assist in client issue resolution when required.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including daily scrum, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Provide daily task updates and maintain accurate progress reporting.
• Coordinate closely with QA, product, and other team members.
• Ensure proper version control, branching strategy, and release management.
• Continuously improve application performance, security, and scalability.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Mentor junior team members when applicable.
• Required Technical Skills
• Strong experience with modern frontend technologies (React / Angular / Vue, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Solid backend development experience (Node.js / React Node).
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Good knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with Git and standard branching strategies.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Working knowledge of Docker and basic containerization concepts.
• Understanding of application security and performance best practices.
• Experience with testing frameworks and debugging tools.
