11. Amazon Advertising Data
This section applies to our Amazon advertising management service, which helps Amazon advertisers manage and optimise their advertising campaigns. It supplements the rest of this Policy and governs how we handle data obtained through Amazon Ads.
Authorisation
We access an advertiser’s Amazon Ads data only after that advertiser explicitly authorises us through Amazon’s official “Login with Amazon” consent flow. We never access an Amazon advertising account without this authorisation, and the advertiser may revoke it at any time from their Amazon account or by contacting us.
Information we access
With the advertiser’s authorisation, we access, through the Amazon Ads API and Login with Amazon:
- Advertising account and profile identifiers, and basic profile information returned by Login with Amazon.
- OAuth access and refresh tokens used to connect to the advertiser’s Amazon Ads account.
- Campaign data, including campaigns, ad groups, keywords, targets, product listings, budgets, and bids.
- Search-term and performance data, including impressions, clicks, spend, conversions, sales, and derived metrics such as ACoS and click-through rate.
How we use it
We use this data solely to provide the features the advertiser configures — for example negative-keyword automation, keyword migration, bid adjustments, budget reallocation, and reporting — and to operate, secure, and support the service. We act only on behalf of, and under the instructions of, the advertiser who authorised us.
Storage and security
Amazon advertising data is encrypted in transit and at rest. OAuth tokens and other credentials are held in a dedicated secrets manager with restricted access, and access to advertising data is limited to authorised personnel and systems that need it to deliver the service.
Retention and deletion
We retain an advertiser’s Amazon advertising data only for as long as their account remains connected and the service is in use. When an advertiser disconnects, revokes access, or closes their account, we revoke stored tokens immediately and delete or anonymise their Amazon advertising data without undue delay, except where retention is required to comply with law.
What we do not do
We do not sell Amazon advertising data. We do not share it with third parties except sub-processors (such as hosting providers) acting on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law. We do not use one advertiser’s data to benefit any other advertiser, and we do not use Amazon advertising data to train cross-account or general machine-learning models without explicit consent.
Compliance with Amazon policies
Our handling of Amazon advertising data is subject to the Amazon Ads Agreement, the Amazon Ads API License Agreement, and Amazon’s Data Protection Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, in addition to this Privacy Policy.
Questions
For any question about how we handle Amazon advertising data, or to request disconnection and deletion, contact us at contact@flomiz.com.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date, and where appropriate we will provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
