Flomiz Diamond Accounting is built around how the diamond trade actually keeps its books — a lot-wise ledger instead of a generic product ledger, so every entry ties back to the parcel it came from. Certificate mapping links each stone to its lab report at the point of sale, and karat-based pricing values stock the way a diamond business actually prices it, not by a flat per-unit rate.
Memo and consignment accounting is native, not bolted on: stock sent out on memo stays visible as memo stock until it is sold, returned, or converted to a firm sale, and jangad reconciliation matches every outward movement against what actually comes back — piece for piece, carat for carat — so nothing slips through a paper trail.
That foundation still covers the accounting every business needs — purchase, sales, profit and loss, balance sheet, GST returns — but built lot-first: search by lot, filter by certificate, price by karat, and reconcile by jangad, the way Gujarat and Maharashtra’s diamond firms already work.
